Contacting Pilot

Pilot Returns and Refunds

All products can be exchanged or refunded at all our stores nationwide.

If you change your mind or are not completely happy with your purchase we guarantee to exchange or refund you in full when you return your purchases to us unworn and in its original condition within 28 days from the date of purchase shown on the receipt and with proof of purchase. Refunds will be made in the same form as payment for the original purchase.

If payment has been made using a credit card you must present the card along with the receipt whereupon the refund will be made to the credit card account.

Underwear and Swimwear

For hygiene reasons we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds on Underwear and Swimwear.

Earrings

For hygiene reasons we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds on earrings.

Special Offers

If you buy goods as part of our special offers for example you buy 2 tops for £12 when individually they cost £8, you will be offered an exchange or refund on a single item at its special offer price.

10% Student Discount

We will offer students a 10% discount off any full price items excluding leather and suede. A valid NUS student card must be produced before purchases to receive this discount.

Statutory Rights

Your UK Statutory Rights are not affected by our returns policy
